Many of our Tyent water ionizer customers ask about installation, so we thought a quick video would be helpful. This applies to the Tyent MMP Series (5050/7070/9090). This is completely different than the installation for the Tyent 9000 Under Counter Water Ionizer, which is slightly more involved with installing hardware above and below the sink.

With the recent out break of Cholera in Haiti, I began to wonder if a Berkey Purification System were available to them, how effective would it be. The effectiveness of any Purification System is absolutely determined by the filter elements. The Berkey offers two types of elements, the White Berkey and the Black Berkey elements. The White Berkey elements have been tested to remove 99.99% of the bacteria that causes Cholera. However I found that the Black Berkey elements, although superior in every way, have not been tested.

We are introducing so many new products to BHI, that is is hard to keep up. Here’s another that we are really excited about. For years, customer have been asking us for an under-sink water ionizer, and Tyent has delivered! We will receive our first shipment of the new Tyent UCE-9000T water ionizer at the beginning of 2011. Here’s a quick run down of what this machine is all about, and trust me, they are once again establishing their leadership position in the water ionizer market through the new unit’s performance and usability. It is pretty well accepted that Tyent produces the best performing water ionizers on the market. Building on a base of features, earlier this year the MMP-9090 Turbo Extreme as introduced with more power, more surface plate area, and a host of other upgrades from the MMP-7070 line.
One of the most frequent questions we receive is which model is the one to get, and whether or not the customer needs to spend more on the MMP-9090. We will try to answer that in this post.
